Turns out that twenty-six gigapixels can make for some interesting aerial photography with some astounding details. For instance, try zooming in on that speck off in the distance, it's probably a building.

- Reindeer droppings apparently make for some festive ornaments and jewelry.
The zoo had such success last year selling Christmas ornaments made of the reindeer droppings that they started making jewelry this year. The droppings are dime-sized, dehydrated, sterilized and spray-painted with glitter. They're called 'Magical Reindeer Gems.'

...the writers some how thought it made perfect sense to introduce a futuristic floating green alien into the town of Bedrock. Add in the fact that only Barney, Fred, Pebbles and Bam-Bam can see or hear the alien, and the Great Gazoo essentially amounts to an imaginary friend.

- Chicago woman decides to sue local zoo over splashing dolphins.
Officials 'recklessly and wilfully trained and encouraged the dolphins to throw water at the spectators in the stands, making the floor wet and slippery', the court documents stated.

- Ohio family decides to visit fifty-two zoos in fifty-two weeks.
...she got the idea while trying to think of an adventure that would feel like traveling the world and seeing exotic creatures but on a budget. The family's 22,000-mile tour ended Saturday with a visit to their hometown Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. Taviano plans a book about their journey.
