An 'ultra low cost car' like the ones described in the article would ultimately set you back about two grand or less. Models are currently only available in India, no word on when this may start to ship state side.

The LHC was not operational at the time of the incident, but the spike produced so much heat that had the beam been on, automatic failsafes would have shut down the machine.

The liner has four swimming pools, volleyball and basketball courts, and a youth zone with theme parks and nurseries for children. There is also an ice rink that seats 780 spectators and a small-scale golf course.
