The study titled 'The Smell of Virtue' was unusually simple and conclusive. Participants engaged in several tasks, the only difference being that some worked in unscented rooms, while others worked in rooms freshly spritzed with Windex.

Yes, it's quite possible for video games to not turn children into violent sociopaths.Yes, it's quite possible for video games to not turn children into violent sociopaths.

The article presents the findings of three separate studies, conducted in different countries with different age groups, and using different scientific approaches. All the studies find that playing games with prosocial content causes players to be more helpful to others after the game is over.
