- LucasArts announces special edition of Monkey Island 2 coming this summer.
This should be a happy day for all fans of the Monkey Island franchise. The previous special edition of Monkey Island for Xbox 360 (and practically all other major platforms) was a joy to play. Guybrush even has a new haircut this time around.

- Photoblog: Sunshine Yellow

Another quick macro shot snapped up while doodling with the kids using an obvious assorted array of crayons. Taste the rainbow.

- Jon Stewart and the Daily Show take ChatRoulette for a spin.
The Internet is like mexican food, every site has the same ingredients - just in different combinations. But go ahead and investigate, I wonder what your reporters will find on this video-based anonymous stranger-finder.

- Twelve very creative home wallpapers for your viewing pleasure.
If pixelated wallpaper isn't your thing there are ton of other interesting designs listed over on the other side of the click. The color palette/wallpaper idea sounds like a fun weekend project as Home Depot sure doesn't seem to mind the taking of those free swatch colors (you may need multiple trips to get away with it though).

- Daily Show and Colbert Report pulled off of Hulu via the suits at Viacom.
As of March 9, Hulu will lose the rights to the two half-hour shows, but that doesn't mean they're disappearing from the Internet entirely. Full episodes will still be streamed on TheDailyShow.com and ColbertNation.com.

- Nine cool home aquariums that you may not have previously known about.
No home is truly complete unless you have an aquarium sink. For some reason I have the stange urge to watch old episodes of Pee-wee's Playhouse after looking at some of these aquariums. Not sure why.

- Daily Grind: Motivated
Name: Vin (aka springy)
Occupation: Webmaster / Procrastinator / Dad
How Vin feels today: Motivated @ 8:55:44 AM
What Vin really wants today: To welcome everyone back into the world of daily grind posting after taking an entire month and a half off. What can I say, it's been a crazy past 45-50 days or so.Music Stuck in Head: New York City Traffic
Recently I've taken a break from listening to music on my morning commute into the city. These days I'm all about playing Scramble (free app) on the good old iPhone. Passes the time quite nicely.Stuff to do today:
- Attempt to post new photo to photoblog at some point today
- Continue achievement hunting through Ghostbusters: The Video Game for Xbox 360
- Some of these achievements are just ridiculous
- Mini review of game: mildly enjoyable, lots of wasted potential, flat voice acting (looking at you Bill Murray)
- Find time to watch Termination: Salvation
- Mini review of movie: wasn't all that bad, quite predictable but not overly terrible

- Six fantastical theme park rides that have unfortunately been lost to history.
If you absolutely must ride this, it's still open at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. Doc Brown will likely be screaming at you in Japanese, but it's the pilgrimage that counts.

- Ten of the world's most amazing natural arches for your viewing pleasure.
The Sahara Desert abounds with natural arches and stone bridges. Aloba Arch may be one of the best known but the above bipod arch in Algeria is worth special mention due to its unusual beauty and exquisite fragility.
