A neat tutorial on how to make your very own melted crayon art.Going to have to try this out with my kids at some point in the near future. We have enough leftover crayons laying around the house to make several of these.

Yahoo pulls the curtain back on a brand new version of their mail client.Definetly looking forward to giving this a whirl as I'm starting to grow weary of the GMail interface these days. Microsoft Outlook, which I use for work, is moderately simple yet has power features for people (such as myself) who are little overboard in terms of organization. I'd also like to point that GMail's labels versus folders paradigm does absolutely nothing for me. GMail looks like a stream of people shouting at me.

A handy tutorial on how to make your very own toast stencils.Nothing starts the day like a healthy breakfast consisting of one or more the basic food groups. Stencils are not one of those basic food groups unless you consider 'fun' a food group. Still, who wouldn't want to have Pac-man toast for breakfast?

A quick tutorial on how to create checklists using Evernote.Until quite recently all of my to-do lists were hand-written in a tattered marble covered notebook. I liked writing things down and enjoying that small feeling of achievement that comes with checking something off. That is, until I got too lazy to write them down. Enter Evernote, a free app for cataloguing whatever it is you want to catalogue. It's searchable, syncs with pretty much any computer or device, and best of all - free. Posting this here because I was not aware that you could search to-do lists via items that have gone unchecked. Awesome feature.

New report reveals that Google uses roughly 900,000 servers. The good news is that at least those 900,000 servers are the low-power high-efficiency breed of servers that one would expect a company as big as Google to be using. The source article has some other interesting tidbits regarding software that will automate data across multiple data center as well as Google's server expansion plans. Long story short, the number will probably go over a million in the near future.

Vimeo now available on your Apple TV thanks to latest software update.Vimeo has some great HD content, it's nice to see this appear on the little black TV box from Apple. Besides the welcomed support of Vimeo to this little device, you can also stream your purchased television shows directly from the cloud. This will work for your previously purchased television shows as well which is nice.

An awesome tutorial on how to build your very own Legend of Zelda treasure chest. What makes tutorial even more awesome (thus turning the awesome knob up to eleven) is even covers how to rig up that distinct melody made when you actually open up the treasure chest. You'll need some rupees to purchase the obvious supplies needed to get started such as plywood, glue, and furniture nails. You'll also need to stock your own your own boomerangs, silver arrows, and heart containers.
